Returns & Refunds Policy

Zen Athleisure has a 7 days return policy in other words you have a week after receiving your item to request a return except for sale items. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging: 

    •    Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial.

    •    Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.

    •    Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc., will not be accepted.

    •    Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.

You’ll also need the receipt/invoice or proof of purchase.

To start a return or for any questions, you can contact us at zenathleisure@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, a return shipping label will be sent in addition to instructions on where to send your package. If any products are sent back without requesting a return they will NOT be accepted under any circumstance. 

 

Product Defects

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s).

 

Returns Disclaimer

No returns or exchanges will be accepted on sale items.

 

Exchanges and Refunds

Once your return is accepted the best and quickest way is to start a new purchase on the item desired. 

 

Refunds

You will be notified once the return item(s) are inspected and accepted. If approved your refund will automatically be sent to its original payment method unless otherwise notified. It can take 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
