Zen Athleisure is not responsible for packages once they have been mailed. Packages are out of our responsibility once we shipped them via set carrier. Please check your tracking number and if your package has been lost or stuck in transit you need to contact your carrier.

Shipping Options

The shipping options are determined by weight as well as destination. We ship to P.O boxes.

USPS First Class Package - Available for any orders that weigh under 13 oz. Pricing determined by shipping destination. Customers can expect delivery within 2-5 business days after the order has been processed, pending credit/debit card approval.

USPS Parcel Select Ground - Pricing determined by shipping destination. Customers can expect delivery within 2-8 business days after the order has been processed, pending credit/debit card approval.

UPS Ground - Available for all orders, pricing determined by shipping destination.Customers can expect delivery within 1-5 business days after the order has been processed, pending credit/debit card approval.

Business days are Monday to Friday. Holidays are excluded.
